Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for an annual basic service agreement for Apex Gamma Desktop Systems and a 24-Input Alpha Analyst System. The services are required for routine surveillance of two nuclear power plants, food surveillance activities, and emergency response activities. The contract term will be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the possibility of four one-year renewal options. The scope of work includes all associated equipment and software, with a requirement for a 72-hour response time for on-site customer support, two scheduled on-site assistance visits, and two unscheduled on-site emergency visits. The vendor must also provide toll-free technical support and remote assistance during standard business hours, along with software and documentation updates. The service location is primarily at the DSHS Lab in Austin, Texas, though HHSC reserves the right to change service locations with 30 days' advance written notice.
