Description
The Town of Brewster is soliciting sealed bids for selective building demolition, light vegetation clearing, and associated utility termination. The work includes termination of septic, cable, phone, fiber-optic, and Cat5 Ethernet services. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the bid price in the form of a bid bond, cash, or certified check. The successful contractor must provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and materials bond. Bidders must submit a Division of Capital Asset Management-approved Certificate of Eligibility in Demolition and Update Statement, and selection will consider bidder qualifications, evidence of past performance on similar projects, and bid price.
