Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W), Echo Branch intends to award a one-time, firm-fixed-price purchase order as a sole source acquisition. The requirement is for a Haag-Streit IM910 Imaging Module for BQ900 LED Slit Lamps. This includes EyeSuite imaging software, an all-in-one PC, an articulating monitor arm for instrument stand mounting, and a DICOM license. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339115 (Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing), with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6540 (Ophthalmic Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies). The imaging module and associated components are intended for the Ophthalmology Clinic at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
