This competitive procurement seeks contract administration retainer services providing engineering and field oversight across highways and patrol yards within the Kingston Area in the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario's Eastern Region. The scope includes construction administration, field inspection, quality assurance, material sampling and delivery oversight, traffic staging oversight, and site documentation for regional capital and maintenance works. The planned contract term is 36 months, from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2030.
