The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide a two-year preventative maintenance program for water and wastewater systems at Hardy Lake State Park. The scope includes scheduled inspections, servicing, repairs, parts replacement, callback maintenance, testing, cleaning, adjustments, and maintenance of lift stations, pumps, variable-frequency drives, air-release valves, electrical equipment and controls, treatment systems, wet wells, flow meters, isolation valves, collection and distribution systems, and related appurtenances. The contractor must perform quarterly, semiannual, seasonal, and other required service visits, maintain a service schedule, provide service reports and recommendations, and respond to emergency calls within the specified timeframes. The bid package includes the specifications, equipment inventory and Schedule A, solicitation/bid form, and sample contract. The estimated work is less than $150,000. The contractor must perform at least 15% of the work with its own forces and may subcontract no more than 85%.
