Description
The New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) is releasing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from interested vendors regarding common methodologies and best practices for conducting Climate Risk Assessments (CRAs) in the transportation sector. The Resiliency Planning and Management (RPM) team at NYC DOT is in the preliminary stages of exploring how to conduct a CRA covering its citywide systems and assets. The RFI seeks responses to a series of questions about past CRA experience, risk score frameworks, alternative approaches, threshold setting, qualitative vs. quantitative scoring, financial integration, data sources, and how clients have used CRAs. This is an informational request only and does not constitute a solicitation for contract award.
