Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for HVAC maintenance and repair services at various facilities within HHSC Region 3. The scope of work includes routine, preventive, and emergency HVAC maintenance, inspections, and repairs for commercial, portable, and computer room units. Services will be performed Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time, with emergency services available upon request. Bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience, possess appropriate HVAC licenses and certifications from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), and provide at least three verifiable references from similar contracts within the last three years. Background checks will be required for all personnel assigned to the contract.
