Description
The City of Lebanon is soliciting bids for an as-needed road boring services agreement covering small miscellaneous projects assigned through task orders. The contractor must provide equipment, labor, fuel, water required for drilling, and project management for directional boring and tunneling at depths of 0–48 inches and 49 inches or greater, with pricing by linear-foot ranges; potholing in paved and unpaved surfaces; and mobilization. The City will provide conduit. Work includes traffic control, containment of debris and drilling fluid, site security, restoration of disturbed areas, backfilling and compaction, and compliance with applicable codes and safety requirements. The agreement has a one-year base term with up to three one-year renewals. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience and provide at least three references. Performance and payment bonds are required if the submitted bid exceeds $50,000, and prevailing wage requirements apply if the project exceeds $75,000.
