Description
The Town of Sahuarita is seeking one or more qualified consultants or consultant teams for on-call professional services supporting parks and recreation initiatives. Potential assignments include a ten-year capital improvement plan; recreation area planning and developer participation frameworks; recreation technology, data, and organizational capacity assessments; community and stakeholder engagement; and coordinated implementation roadmaps. Deliverables may include data-supported plans, inventories, cost and financial analyses, prioritization models, editable spreadsheets and tools, process maps, technology assessments, engagement materials, implementation schedules, dashboards, and final reports. Proposals must address qualifications, comparable public-sector experience, key personnel, methodology, communication and project management, anticipated visits, timelines, subcontractors, and pricing by service area. The contract is an on-call vehicle with no guaranteed minimum quantity or value of work; individual assignments will be authorized through task orders or notices to proceed.
