Description
The Epperson North Community Development District (District) is soliciting proposals for annual financial auditing services. The contract will cover the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with an option for four additional annual renewals. The District is a local unit of special-purpose government in Pasco County, Florida, with an annual operating budget of approximately $2,607,749 (excluding debt service) for Fiscal Year 2026. Auditing entities must be authorized to do business in Florida, hold all applicable state and federal professional licenses, and be qualified to conduct audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards. Audits must comply with Florida law, particularly Section 218.39, Florida Statutes, and the rules of the Florida Auditor General. The final contract requires that each annual audit be completed no later than May 1.
