Description
Manatee County is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide construction management at risk services for the Rocky Bluff Library Expansion. The project will provide expanded library services, flexible community meeting spaces, improved staff accommodation, upgraded technology infrastructure, and replacement of aging building systems. A mandatory information conference will be held at Rocky Bluff Library, followed immediately by a mandatory site tour. Proposals are due October 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
