Description
The City of LaFollette, Tennessee, is soliciting sealed construction bids for the 2025 CDBG Stormwater Improvements Project at Seargeant Park. The work includes drainage improvements, installation of box culverts, and other storm sewer infrastructure. Bidders must be licensed general contractors under Tennessee's Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 and qualified for the construction type. A bid security is required in the amount and form specified in the Information for Bidders. The project also includes applicable employment conditions and minimum wage requirements under Section 3, segregated-facility requirements, Section 109, and Executive Order 11246.
