Description
Greenville County is soliciting sealed bids for the supply and delivery of 12 structural steel W-beams: four 27-inch W-beams weighing 114 pounds per foot and measuring 27 feet long, and eight 27-inch W-beams weighing 94 pounds per foot and measuring 27 feet long. Pricing must be firm, include packing and delivery, and be stated on an F.O.B. destination basis. Bids will be evaluated primarily on cost, with responsiveness as a pass/fail criterion. The selected supplier must provide a delivery timeline for each line item, complete the electronic pricing proposal, submit the County of Greenville Substitute W-9, provide at least three similar-work references, and complete the required online questionnaire confirmations. Insurance requirements apply during the contract, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation coverage. A performance and payment bond equal to the total contract price is required after award.
