Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to mechanically and chemically treat invasive wild valley buckthorn on approximately 16 acres of state-administered land in Carlton County. Treatment methods may include basal bark, foliar, or stump treatment; the DNR will supply the chemicals.
