Description
The City of Warwick Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for EPA-approved sodium hypochlorite liquid chlorine in a 15% solution for McDermott Pool. The storage tank holds approximately 300 gallons, with deliveries normally made in approximately 150-gallon quantities as needed; estimated usage is approximately 3,600 gallons over the contract period. Bidders must provide delivered pricing per gallon for Year 1 and Year 2. Prices are to begin January 1, 2027, and the City may award a one- or two-year contract. Deliveries must comply with applicable federal and Rhode Island laws, and the successful bidder must provide an original certificate of insurance for general and automotive liability of at least $1 million, naming the City as additional insured.
