Texas A&M University Athletics seeks qualified vendors to provide massage therapy services to student athletes across all sports. Services are provided upon request, and some travel may be required; the university will cover associated travel costs. Requested qualifications include staff credentials and certifications, service offerings, organizational and staffing information, and comparable experience and references. The university intends to establish a pool of vendors for five years, with terms, conditions, and qualifications reviewed and negotiated annually. Proposals are evaluated on comparable experience, vendor qualifications and certifications, and references. A sample insurance certificate is requested with the proposal; the selected vendor must provide proof of required insurance before beginning work.
