Description
Brakemeier Properties is soliciting sealed construction bids for improvements to the Country Village mobile home park's lift station and installation of a sanitary sewer forcemain needed to connect the park to the City of Aberdeen's wastewater system. The work includes approximately 9,350 feet of 4-inch sanitary sewer forcemain, 3,450 feet of directional-bored 4-inch sanitary sewer forcemain, 170 feet of bore-and-jack 8-inch steel casing pipe, four 48-inch air-release valves and manholes, lift station improvements including new pumps, piping, a valve pit structure, and valves, plus 10.6 acres of seeding, 44,900 square yards of hydromulching, and related construction. A bid bond of 10% of the total bid may be submitted in lieu of a certified check, bank draft, or negotiable U.S. Government bonds equal to 5% of the total bid.
