Description
Marshall Municipal Utilities is soliciting sealed bids for a new 15 kV indoor metal-clad switchgear lineup for the Erie Road Substation. The required equipment includes thirteen vacuum circuit breakers and related controls and accessories. The scope includes design, manufacture, delivery, installation, and testing. Bids must use forms furnished by the engineer and include either a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must enter into a contract and post a satisfactory performance or supply bond. Materials must be delivered according to the dates specified in the specifications.
