Description
The City of Tempe is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to establish a term contract for bus stop seating, trash receptacles, replacement trash receptacle lids, and bike hoops. The opportunity is for the supply and delivery of these products; installation is not included. The solicitation requires product documentation, including dimensioned shop drawings, along with completed proposal, pricing, questionnaire, sustainability, classification, and other required forms. The contract is expected to run for two years, with possible renewals for up to three additional years. The City anticipates an initial order of approximately 100 trash receptacles and 50 transit seats, while estimated annual purchases are approximately $30,000 to $35,000; quantities and estimates are not guaranteed.
