Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two packages of NSN 6515-01-363-6545 condoms. The item is a lubricated latex rubber condom with nonoxynol-9 spermicide, packaged as 100 condoms per package, with a 36-month shelf life and no more than five months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. The product must be labeled with the manufacture date, expiration or retest date, contract number, and lot number, and must comply with applicable FDA, medical marking, packaging, and labeling requirements. One package is to be delivered to a military logistics destination in Vilseck, Germany, and one package is to be shipped to the USS Washington at an FPO AE destination. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by September 22, 2026. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and requests the source and part number for the product; alternate offers require a complete data package.
