Description
The Town of Northport is seeking a contractor to perform renovation and site work for the Town's temporary Town Office space. The work will occur at 8 Beech Hill Road and is described in specifications available from the Town's website and Town Office. Bids must be marked "Temp Town Office Work" and submitted to the Town Office by the stated deadline. The Select Board will review the bids for completeness and make the award; it reserves the right to waive formalities, negotiate cost, modify the scope, or reject any or all bids.
