Description
Essex County is seeking professional architectural, engineering design, and construction inspection services for the North America/South America Barn renovation at TBZ. The performance period is 36 months from the date of award through project completion. The solicitation is an RFP and requires vendors to obtain the specifications directly from the County of Essex Office of Purchasing. Specifications are available only in paper form for a non-refundable $50 fee, payable by cash or check; only vendors that obtain and pay for the specifications directly through the county are eligible to submit a response.
