Description
Bergen County is soliciting maintenance and emergency services for various emergency generators and automatic transfer switches located throughout county facilities. The work begins upon contract award and includes generator maintenance, emergency generator repair, automatic transfer switch maintenance or repair, and associated rates and parts markups. Services are to be performed in person at the County's various equipment locations. Required submission materials include ownership disclosure, four completed pricing response templates, the General Terms and Conditions Agreement, Russia-Belarus and Iran prohibited-activities disclosures, a Vendor Information Form, references, business registration, a contractor's public works certificate, insurance documentation, a Certificate of Employee Information Report, and a W-9. The contract term is 12 months with two 12-month renewal options.
