Description
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is seeking one or more qualified contractors to provide emergency restoration and remediation services for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and participating healthcare purchasers. The scope includes emergency water-damage response and structural drying, mould assessment and remediation, fire and smoke damage remediation, environmental containment and negative-air systems, selective demolition, restoration of affected building materials, mechanical and electrical component remediation, coordination with environmental consultants, root-cause investigation, and reporting. The minimum staffing model may use a core full-time crew supplemented by a pre-vetted surge roster under written agreements, provided response times, qualifications, and quality standards are met. Technicians may be employees of an identified affiliated company or joint-venture partner, while the proponent remains responsible for their performance. Licensed HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work may be subcontracted to qualified trades and coordinated by the proponent. No minimum daily work volume or billable hours are guaranteed.
