Description
The Incorporated Village of Hempstead is soliciting sealed bids for shooting range backstop spent ammunition recovery and ballistic media processing services. The contract will cover the period of 2026-2027. Key requirements include the recovery of spent ammunition and the processing of ballistic media. Bidders must be licensed to do business in the State of New York and demonstrate sufficient experience and financial capability. The Village has set Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) goals at 10.00% each and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 10.00%.
