Description
Indian River County is soliciting a contractor to remove and replace the metal roof coverings on two cart barns at Sandridge Golf Course. The work includes demolition and disposal of existing roofing, inspection and replacement of damaged sheathing, code-compliant underlayment, an engineered standing-seam metal roof system, aluminum drip edge and ridge caps, replacement of damaged soffit, and replacement of fascia with owner-selected PVC or wood trim. The specified roof panels are PAC-CLAD Tite-Loc Plus, 0.040 aluminum, 2-inch standing seam, 16 inches wide with striations, finished in Cityscape; a 30-year finish warranty and an industry-standard metal roof system warranty are expected. Bidders must hold a state-certified or state-registered Florida roofing license and an Indian River County roofing license. The bid must include the listed county forms and the completed BidTable response template. An electronic bid bond is required for bids over $200,000 in an amount of at least 5 percent; a 100 percent public construction bond is required if the award exceeds $200,000. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire platform.
