Description
The Metropolitan Airports Commission is seeking qualifications from a Master Systems Integrator to support modernization of its Niagara-based Integrated Management and Control System. The scope includes system architecture and roadmap development, software integration and configuration, building-control subsystem integration, data modeling and Project Haystack tagging, dashboards and graphical user interfaces, alarm management, MQTT and cloud data publishing, cybersecurity alignment, deployment, documentation, training, and ongoing maintenance and support. The engagement is phased and task-based, with implementation support and a maintenance and support period. Respondents must demonstrate relevant Niagara experience, including at least three similar projects, five consecutive years of Niagara licensing capability, an established dealership, qualified personnel, and a full-service office within 100 miles of the airport. The response must include a qualifications proposal, letter of introduction, rate sheet, non-collusion affidavit, workforce and equal-pay certificates, and draft implementation and support agreements. The main response is limited to 10 pages, excluding resumes, certifications, and the rate sheet, and must be submitted as a single PDF through the designated procurement platform.
