TOWN OF LANSING SRF-W-HEL-0015 and SRF-D-HEL 0062REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The Town of Lansing has received SRF-W-HEL-0015 and SRF-D-HEL 0062. The Town is seeking professional engineering services to develop and successfully receive approval for the required engineering by NCDEQ DWI for both PROJECTS –SRP-D-0131 and SRP-W-0130. These projects consist of both Wastewater and Water System upgrades. The sewer elements include resilience building elements to the WWTP currently under construction. Including Demo, earthwork, fill, grading, compaction Retaining Walls, backup generator, and site work. The water distribution system includes well rehabilitation, rehabilitation of 50k Standpipe water tank, access road improvement, defensible space clearing, fencing, location and design for an additional well. The Town of Lansing is requesting qualifications from professional engineering firms to develop and obtain approval from NCDEQ DWI for two projects: SRP-D-0131 (wastewater) and SRP-W-0130 (water). The sewer elements include resilience building at the WWTP under construction, demolition, earthwork, retaining walls, backup generator, and site work, as well as relining 11,497 LF of sewer collection system and repairing 56 manholes. The water distribution system includes well rehabilitation, rehabilitation of a 50k standpipe water tank, access road improvement, defensible space clearing, fencing, and design for an additional well.
