MASSACHUSETTS WATER RESOURCES AUTHORITY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority will receive electronic General Bids on the MWRA Supplier Portal (a link to the Supplier Portal is available at (www.mwra.com) at the top of the homepage), for DCR Quabbin Maintenance Building (GENERAL BID), MWRA Contract No. 7577, until 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2026, after which the General Bids will be publicly available. Prior to the receipt of General Bids, the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority will receive Filed Sub-Bids for the sub-trades listed below on the Supplier Portal for DCR Quabbin Maintenance Building (SUB BIDS), MWRA Contract No. 7577, until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2026 Contract documents will be posted on the Supplier Portal on or after Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Please Note: The only way to access the contract documents and to submit any bids for this project is to register on the Supplier Portal and join the Plan Holders' list. File

The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is soliciting bids for the construction of the DCR Quabbin Maintenance Building under Contract No. 7577. The project involves general construction and various sub-trades. General Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on September 4, 2026, and Filed Sub-Bids for sub-trades are due by 11:30 a.m. on July 29, 2026. Contract documents will be available on the MWRA Supplier Portal on or after June 24, 2026. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Supplier Portal.
