Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires one Primescan AC Intraoral CAD/CAM Scanner in cart configuration for the dental department at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide the scanner, accessories, supporting documentation, onsite installation, configuration, integration with existing VA networks and CAD/CAM workflows, clinical and technical staff training, warranty coverage, and service support during the warranty period. The scanner must be compatible with the facility's existing Dentsply Sirona infrastructure, including CEREC software and the DS Core platform, and support integration with CEREC Prime Mill, SpeedFire, and 3D-printing processes. Requirements include Windows 11 or the latest VA-approved version, FDA approval, VA cybersecurity and IT compliance, no external cloud storage or processing, English-language manuals and warranty documentation, and a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor. The vendor must be an authorized distributor and submit an OEM authorized distributor letter, country of origin, technical capabilities information, and up to three relevant past-performance references. Delivery and installation are required within 30 days after receipt of order.
