Description
The City of Hawley is seeking a contractor to construct water and sewer extensions for the Gloryland Addition Utility Improvements project. Bids must comply with the project’s Instructions to Bidders and applicable responsible-contractor requirements under Minnesota Statute 16C.285. Bidders must submit a signed, sworn statement verifying responsible-contractor compliance and provide a list of intended first-tier subcontractors. Mailed and hand-delivered bids will not be considered; the complete bidding documents and detailed submittal requirements are provided through the designated electronic bidding system.
