Description
Seattle Public Schools is soliciting proposals for updated print and digital instructional materials for Precalculus, Calculus, and Probability & Statistics courses, including Honors, Advanced Placement, and College in the High School offerings. Vendors may propose materials for one, two, or all three content areas. Estimated quantities include approximately 2,200 Precalculus students, 1,400 Calculus students, and 1,200 Statistics students, with corresponding teacher materials. Step 1 requires curriculum proposals, completed response materials, pricing, technical and security responses, accessibility documentation, student data privacy documentation, and review resources. Vendors must provide three complete print review sets, digital access for instructional-materials reviewers and the public, five additional primary student textbooks, and two informational videos. The awarded vendor will be expected to provide instructional materials, digital licenses and platform access, technical support, annual ordering and fulfillment, and professional learning, including up to 12 hours of in-person initial-use training per content area. Selected finalists may be invited to a separate Step 2 field test.
