Description
The City of Spokane is gathering technical, commercial, and performance information on products and programs that address combustion-side fouling, slagging, and ash deposits in municipal solid waste and other waste-to-energy systems. Solutions of interest include fuel-applied or injected chemical ash modifiers, deposit treatments, surface conditioners or anti-slag coatings, application and injection equipment, monitoring and optimization, and custom formulations based on fuel or ash analysis. Respondents are asked to describe product mechanisms, forms, application methods, dosage rates, compatibility, limitations, implementation and support, pricing and supply information, safety and regulatory documentation, and relevant test results, performance data, and references. This is an information-gathering request only; it does not commit the City to purchase or constitute a bid solicitation.
