Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting one new rotary draw hand tube bender under a firm-fixed-price contract. The complete single-manufacturer kit must be a heavy-duty manual system for precision fabrication of aircraft-grade tubing, with lever operation, high-strength steel construction, secure shop-floor mounting, a 0.25-inch-to-2-inch outside-diameter range, bend capability up to 180 degrees, a degree indicator, and dies, clamp blocks, and mandrels for the specified tubing sizes and materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and copper alloys. The tooling must be precision-machined and supplied with organized storage. The system must include an operator's manual, accessible manufacturer technical support, and a comprehensive three-year parts-and-labor warranty. The offered machine must also be demonstrated through technical product information and confirmation that it can produce part L5842706. Delivery is FOB destination no later than December 29, 2026.
