Description
Ontario County is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of frames, grates, covers, curb boxes, manhole assemblies, manhole adjusting risers, grade adjustment systems, and related adhesive or sealant for highway and sewer-system construction and maintenance. The bid includes cast and fabricated frames and grates, rectangular and reticuline grates, manhole frames and covers, steel and composite adjustment systems, and discounts for unlisted items. Unit prices must include delivery to any point in Ontario County, with deliveries scheduled Tuesday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Products must meet the specified NYSDOT, ASTM, and other material requirements. Vendors may offer approved equal items only when they provide documentation establishing equivalent construction, operation, and utility. The agreement is scheduled for January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with up to two additional 12-month renewal periods. Responses must include the completed bid forms and schedules, required certifications and acknowledgments, applicable insurance certificates and product literature, and an IRS Form W-9.
