Description
The Regional Water Resource Agency is soliciting a contractor to rehabilitate and line 29 wastewater mainline/lateral connections, including a minimum of five feet of each lateral. The work includes mobilization; CCTV inspection and cleaning before lining; Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of the connections and lateral sections; additional CCTV cleaning and lining by linear foot when authorized; and cleanout installation when required. The contractor must maintain continuous wastewater system operations, coordinate traffic and homeowner access, provide required safety, erosion-control, bypass, restoration, inspection, photography, video, and project-record activities, and submit post-rehabilitation mainline and lateral-launch videos for each rehabilitated lateral. The proposed CIPP system must meet the specified ASTM standards and contractor, installer, superintendent, material, and performance qualifications. The base work must be substantially complete and ready for final payment within 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
