Description
Escambia County is soliciting bids from licensed, insured, and county-registered general contractors for residential rehabilitation services at 230 Broussard Street. The scope of work includes electrical rewiring, plumbing fixture replacement, HVAC services, roofing, and potential septic/sewer work. Contractors must use new supply lines for plumbing, and all repairs involving trim, drywall, or electrical work require proper finishing and painting. Cabinetry and countertops must meet specific material and construction standards. All appliances must be EnergyStar approved with LED bulbs.
