Description
This requirement is for essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) and Long-Distance services for Hurlburt Field. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, labor, tools, facilities, materials, and services to establish local access to designated circuit demarcation points. This includes the installation of IP trunking to the Hurlburt Field Call Manager, ensuring compatibility with the Government's current infrastructure without additional expense to the Government. The services specifically exclude residential or business services for non-Government entities or contractors. The contractor must adhere to all Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Public Utility Commission (PUC), Department of War (DoW), Air Force, and industry standards. Installation of transmission equipment and cables for local exchange access and transport service circuits to Government-provided floor space at demarcation locations is required, connecting to Government-provided power and termination frames. Aerial cable installations are not authorized.
