Description
The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Division intends to award a sole source contract to the County of Okaloosa for fiber maintenance services. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order. The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901 & 1903, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(b). Competition is limited as the County of Okaloosa is the only responsible source whose services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract includes a base year and nine option years for the maintenance of Okaloosa-owned fiber infrastructure. The applicable NAICS code is 811210, with a size standard of $34M.
