Description
This solicitation is for the 14 Weapons Squadron Audio/Visual Refresh project at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, tools, equipment, supplies, technical data, and labor to complete renovations, including the installation of new microphone and sound systems, commercial visual displays, and electrical wiring in one auditorium and four classrooms. All work must comply with manufacturer specifications, Hurlburt Field Air Force Base guidelines, and current Government contracting regulations, including DISA ARME Vendor Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). The scope of work includes updating or replacing visual and sound overhead wiring, installing a control box/panel for integrated audio and video capabilities, and ensuring all equipment can handle NIPRnet and SIPRNet. Specific tasks for the auditorium include installing a new media cabinet, updating wiring for the existing speaker system, enabling video telecommunications with at least 1080p resolution, and replacing projection screens. For the classrooms, the contractor will update wiring, integrate Ideum Pro tables with podium computers, install new media equipment, and replace speakers. The project also requires the installation of an Uninterruptible Power Supply for podium computers and the ability for projectors to display different and duplicate images. Deliverables include written documentation of all removed and newly installed equipment, owner's manuals, manufacturer specifications, and warranties. The contractor will also be responsible for cleaning up debris and turning over any removed equipment. The total renovation should be completed within four weeks, working Monday-Friday from 0830 to 1630, excluding specified holidays.
