Description
Escambia County is soliciting bids for the demolition and reconstruction of a single-family home located at 5813 Maxine Lane, Pensacola, FL 32506. The project includes all labor, materials, permits, and insurance necessary to complete the construction according to the provided plans and specifications. Bidders must be licensed General, Building, or Residential Contractors in the State of Florida and must comply with all local ordinances, state laws, and the Florida Building Code. The scope of work covers site preparation, grading, utility connections, termite control, foundation, framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, interior and exterior finishes, appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and landscaping. The awarded contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and providing a one-year limited labor and material warranty.
