Description
Escambia County is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 1,400 linear feet of enclosed stormwater conveyance infrastructure along 62nd Avenue. This project involves connecting to an existing manhole and discharging to the 62nd Street Pond. The scope of work also includes the installation of concrete driveways, minor utility adjustments, minor sidewalk adjustments, and the milling and resurfacing of 62nd Avenue. The project aims to enhance hydraulic efficiency, improve system reliability during major storm events, and establish a controlled emergency overflow pathway for the Myrtle Grove Elementary School pond. Construction will adhere to Escambia County Technical Specifications and relevant FDOT standards where applicable. Bidders must be licensed and registered appropriately, and provide evidence of insurance and other required documentation.
