Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research regarding the Pensacola Harbor navigation project in Pensacola, Florida. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is seeking information on qualified Small Business firms capable of performing maintenance dredging. The anticipated procurement is for fiscal year 2026 and will involve hydraulic cutterhead pipeline dredges, trailing suction hopper dredges, and/or mechanical dredges with scows. The project requires dredging to a depth of 39 feet, with the material (primarily sand) being placed along Perdido Key Beach, approximately 30,000 feet west of the Pensacola Entrance Channel. The anticipated contract value is not to exceed $15 million, with a proposed construction duration of 5 months after the Notice of Award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a Small Business Size Standard of $30 Million.
