Description
The Arkansas Department of Transportation is soliciting a supply contract for two-component epoxy polymer resin specifically designed for concrete bridge deck polymer overlay systems. The resin must be a 100% solids, 100% reactive thermosetting compound with a 1:1 mix ratio and specified performance requirements for gel time, viscosity, hardness, absorption, tensile properties, and chloride permeability. Pricing is by the gallon and must include shipping to any of the Department's ten district headquarters. Orders will generally be truckload quantities of approximately 4,500 gallons. Each component must be packaged in 250-gallon poly IBC tote tanks with quarter-turn ball valves and 2-inch male cam-lock connections.
