Description
The New York State Office of Mental Health is soliciting bids for Protestant spiritual services at Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, located at 998 Crooked Hill Road, West Brentwood, NY 11717. The contract will be for a term of five years, with an anticipated start date of October 1, 2026, and an end date of September 30, 2031. The contractor will provide approximately 20 hours of services per week, which may include individual and group counseling sessions, spiritual encounters, biblical readings, and conducting worship services on Sundays. The contractor must also attend facility orientations, mandated training, and relevant meetings, and maintain documentation of all activities. The contractor must comply with all facility rules and regulations, including those related to ethics, security, health and safety, and infection control. Background checks and screening will be required for all personnel providing services.
