The Minnesota Department of Corrections intends to use a single-source acquisition with Accurate Controls to provide services for the security automation systems at MCF Oak Park Heights. The scope includes online and 24/7 telephone technical assistance and one scheduled annual service visit. The annual visit will provide one qualified technician for up to two days, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break, to inspect and adjust equipment scheduled by the facility or deemed necessary by the technician.
