Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one 100 mL glass graduated laboratory cylinder, NSN 6640-00-420-0000. The item must be 29 mm wide by 255 mm high, have a single scale and pour-out mouth, and be supplied with the bidder's source and part number. Approved or alternate parts may be offered, but an alternate offer requires a complete data package for both the approved and alternate parts because adequate evaluation data is not available. The cylinder must be commercially packaged in a sealed unit container capable of preventing damage or breakage, packed in suitable commercial exterior shipping containers, and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the designated electronic bid board system.
