Description
The contractor will inspect, clean, maintain, and pump designated sand and grit traps and associated interceptors at locations identified in work authorizations. The scope includes providing labor, supervision, vehicles, equipment, containers, supplies, permits, and documentation; routine and emergency services; waste characterization and compliant transport, treatment, recycling, or disposal; and detailed service, shipment, and final-destination records. Emergency dispatch must be available 24/7, with live acknowledgment within 30 minutes and qualified crew arrival onsite within 60 minutes. The bid price spreadsheet covers recurring service at specified traps and pits, with frequencies ranging from monthly to as-needed. The contract is firm fixed price for an initial five-year term, with two one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit the required certifications and forms, references, bid pricing, and signed offer documents. The award is based on the lowest-priced responsive bid from a responsible bidder.
