Description
Dakota County is seeking as-needed HVAC air and hydronic testing, adjusting, and balancing services for its facilities. The scope may include air-handling units, rooftop units, makeup air units, energy recovery units, and hydronic piping; contractors may quote for one or more equipment types and must provide the labor, materials, and equipment needed for the work. The County requests hourly service rates for regular, overtime, holiday, and Sunday work, along with material markups and any applicable trip charges.
