Description
Dakota County seeks as-needed chimney sweeping and inspection services for 2027–2028. Contractors must provide labor, materials, and equipment, and submit hourly rates for regular, overtime, and holiday/Sunday work, plus a markup percentage on materials and any applicable trip charge. Work may require a written quote and approval before it begins, and may take place in secured facilities. Contractors must be registered and authorized to do business in Minnesota.
